How long does it take to get my products?
Domestic shipping within the UK usually takes 1–3 business days
As we are a startup, we currently only ship within the UK. However, we plan to offer worldwide shipping in the near future
How much does it cost?
Shipping rates vary by location and will be calculated at checkout
Is there free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping on domestic orders over £50. Check your cart to see if your order qualifies for our free shipping deal
Why hasn't my order been sent out?
We usually process orders within one day and ship them out the next business day. During holidays, processing may take longer, but we’ll notify you if that’s the case
In the rare event that processing takes longer than usual, it’s likely because we’re restocking supplies. Rest assured, your order will always be shipped as soon as possible

What sizes are there?
We offer 4 sizes in our press-on nails - XS to L. One of these sizes will fit you
How can I find my size?
Measure your nails and compare them with the Size Chart
Too busy to measure? No worries—check out our quick sizing tips! Most of our customers wear size S. If you’re unsure, just drop us an email and we’ll be happy to guide you. And if it doesn’t fit, we’ll gladly offer an exchange
Custom size
If none of our sizes fit you, reach out to us(cherryclaws8@gmail.com), so we can make a custom size for you.
A custom size (adjustments to any one or all nail tips) is 20% more than the original price.

Do you offer refunds?
We do not offer refunds. However, if you experience any quality issues, please contact us and we’ll make it right.

Can I exchange?
Yes! We’re happy to help you exchange if you ordered the wrong size. Please note that we do not offer exchanges for different designs

Who pays the shipping costs in the case of a exchange?
The customer will have to cover the small shipping fee.
