Shipping policy
We currently only do business within the UK. Hopefully, in the short future, we can spread our business worldwide.
Domestic shipping within the UK generally takes 1-3 business days
If you have special delivery requests or that the package is very urgent for a specific date, please reach out to us before placing the order to ask about possible Next Day delivery (only in the UK) to avoid disappointment.
Sometimes a custom tax fee for importing goods could be charged by your country on the order, please note it is the customers' responsibility to pay for this fee. Please pay attention to if you have received related letters or documents if your package has not been delivered to you after a relatively long period.
Delivery of the package is handled by Royal Mail within the UK, when it reaches your country, your package will be handed to your local couriers. Once the package has been sent out, it is not within our capability to investigate where it is, so please ensure that you leave us with the correct delivery address. If there are any issues with the delivery process, reach out to Royal Mail's customer service team, by calling 03457 740 740 if you are in UK, otherwise, please call the customer service number of the local courier that your package was handed to, you will be able to see more information on your parcel tracking page.
