We offer exchange of sizes (XS, S, M, L) within 7 days of you receiving the package. We accept exchange of sizes only, not of designs.
To initiate the exchange process, please send us an email which lets us know your order number (a 4-digit number which you get in order confirmation email), the design and the new size you’d like to exchange for, use contact form on the website or email cherryclaws8@gmail.com.
We do not offer return or refunds, purchasing from us means that you have agreed to our policy. Thank you, and we appreciate your support a lot.
After we have received your original sets back, we'll secure the necessary exchange shipping fee, which does not go to us but is used to send back your package. We’ll send out a brand new pacakge, so please understand that there is a 2% restocking fee for labour that goes into the exchange process and re-packaging. Thank you for your kind cooperation.
If your package was returned to us not by you but for any other reasons, for example, due to incorrect/incomplete delivery details, or that the duty was not paid on time, we'll email you regarding the situation and explain what happened, and to collect necessary information. Please understand that we do not offer refunds in situations mentioned above. Please bear in mind that your order status will be archived if no response was received in 3 weeks, so please pay attention to your email inbox if you haven't received your package after a relatively long period.
